Point 1

Enjoy a Thrilling Dolphin Show

One of the highlights of Kinosaki Marine World is the dolphin and sea lion show. The show takes place at the Sealand Stadium in the park, where you can enjoy the powerful performances of the dolphins and their trainers, as well as the sea lions. The theme of the show changes every year, so you can always discover something new no matter how many times you visit. Enjoy Watching Fish Swimming Vividly

"Fish Dance" is an experience where the audience stands in the center of a circular tank surrounded by a mysterious space covered with screens, and enjoys watching fish swimming around. The sight of fish swimming freely in the circular tank is truly breathtaking. At this facility, you can also experience feeding the fish. Enjoy watching the fish gather and make a popping sound as they eat. In addition to making reservations online in advance, same-day reservations are also possible if there is availability.

Enjoy Fishing for Horse Mackerel

A popular activity for families is "fishing for horse mackerel." Fishing rods and bait are included in the experience fee, so you can participate empty-handed. There is also a happy service where the horse mackerel you catch can be fried on the spot and eaten. It's recommended as an educational opportunity for children to learn about the importance of life and food, as they can eat the fish they caught themselves. The experience fee is 700 yen, and the processing fee for frying is 60 yen per fish.

Backyard Tour to See What's Usually Unseen

At Kinosaki Marine World, a backyard tour is offered where you can see the behind-the-scenes of the aquarium that is usually not visible to the public. During the tour, you will visit each facility with the caretakers, allowing you to hear insider stories about the people who work at the aquarium. You can also get a glimpse of the back of the tanks and even get close to a giant seal, making it a great memory to participate in with your children.

If you get hungry while visiting the aquarium, why not take a break at the "Cafe & Restaurant Terrace," where you can enjoy a meal with a view of the Sea of Japan? This restaurant is characterized by its large windows that let in bright light and its warm, open space. Inside, you can enjoy the chef's special menu, which includes hamburgers made with Tanba beef, a local specialty, and pasta made with seafood.

Accessible within 3 hours from Kyoto and Osaka

The nearest station to Kinosaki Marine World is JR Kinosaki Onsen Station. From the station, you can take a bus and arrive in about 10 minutes. Kinosaki Onsen Station can be accessed within 3 hours from surrounding prefectures, including about 2 hours and 45 minutes from Osaka Station and about 2 hours and 20 minutes from Kyoto Station. From Tamba Airport, the gateway to Hyogo Prefecture, it's about a 30-minute journey by bus or rental car.

Parking

Equipped with a Total of Three Parking Lots

At Kinosaki Marine World, a total of three parking lots, from the first to the third, are fully equipped. There is no time limit, and you can use a passenger car for 800 yen per day. Charging stations for electric vehicles are also installed in the parking lot. The first parking lot near the entrance tends to be crowded, so it's recommended to use the third parking lot located at the farthest end if it's full. There is also a dedicated space for people with disabilities, so please inform the staff when using it.

5年振り2回目の訪問です。結論、チケット代が気にならないくらい楽しめます。よくある海の生き物の展示ブースやショー、参加型のアトラクション(有料のものもあり)と幅広く展開しておりカップルや夫婦、家族、1人旅で来てもいい場所です。お昼の12時頃に入ったのですが、気が付いたら閉園まで居てました。展示ブースを廻り、イルカやアシカ、トドのショーを見たり、アジを釣ってフライにしてもらい食べたり、ペンギンのお散歩を見ていたらあっという間でした。それでも体験型のものに参加出来てなかったりしたので、次はもっと早くに来てもいいかなと思いました。ぶっちゃけ朝イチから来ていいですね。ショーやアトラクションの時間割や館内のマップはチケット売り場で貰えるので、それを見て展示ブースに入る形になります。館内のイベントはほとんどが、時間順に開始されるので上手く回れば、ショーをたて続けに見たり、合間にアジを釣ったりとずっと楽しめます。写真を全部載せたりここで中身を語ってしまうとこれから行く方が楽しくなくなるので、多くは載せず語らずという事にします。チケット売り場の手前にご飯を食べられる場所やショップ(館内1番奥にもある)もあります。手前の方のショップでは、回るくじを掴んで貰えるぬいぐるみもあるのでこちらはおすすめです。私は毎回引くようにしていてて、いい思い出になります！城崎温泉のついでで行く方も多いとは思いますが、悩んでいるなら行く事をおすすめします。時間はたっぷり用意して沢山楽しんで下さいね！

鳥取県側から海沿いで行くと、自然が作り出した絶景とともに、激しい起伏と急カーブの連続で、同乗者を車に酔わせないよう、ドライビングの腕とセンスが試されます。なお、バイクで行くと、最高に楽しい道です。館内はとても綺麗で巨大水槽には、大物の魚がメインで展示されていて、見応えがあります。子どもが一番楽しみにしていたイルカショーでは、幸運にも、一番前の正面が取れ、イルカのほかに、セイウチやアザラシの息遣いまで聞こえました。お土産コーナーは、館内は狭く、すぐに人でごった返すため、館外にあるお土産施設で買うことをおすすめします。なお、入館チケットはネット購入できないようですが、人気のドルフィンタッチや、フィッシュダンスはネット購入できるので、先にネット購入しておくことを強くおすすめします。

一泊二日の旅行の２日目に竹野浜の宿から20分位のこちらにお邪魔しました🚙💨 前から存在は知ってましたがなんやかんやで初訪問です😊 駐車場は施設の近くにもありますが台数が限られてるので💦少し離れた場所の駐車場に止めました🅿️ 平日でしたがチケット売場は少し混んでて少しだけ並びました😌 平日と言っても夏休みなので混んでるとおっしゃってました😆 施設はエリア毎にテーマがあって順番に楽しむ感じです😆 エリア毎に色んな時間にショーがあり楽しい仕組みになってます😊 色々まわりながらランチにあわせてアジ釣りをしました👍️ 受付に並んで貸し竿をお願いします 700円で１竿とエサとアジを入れるバケツがセットです‼️ 糸が切れたら終了になります😱 釣ったアジは持ち帰ることも可能ですが🐟️ 今回の目的は‼️釣りたてを天ぷらにしてくれるのを食べること😋 釣れたてのアジを調理専用の受付に預けます‼️ １匹あたり調理代が60円です😄 番号札をもらい目安の時間を聞いたらなかなか混んでたので💦 (一応混むのは予想してたので👍️) 待ち時間に回る予定をしていたエリアを散策して番号を呼ばれる窓口ら辺まで目安の時間に戻って‼️ 呼ばれるのを待ち😌 番号が近づいた時に竹輪の天ぷらも注文してアジの分と合わせて先に支払い💰️出来上がりを待つのみ😋 ドリンクも同じとこで注文できるのでお願いしてサクッとランチ😋 ホテルの朝ごはんが美味しくて食べ過ぎてたのでちょうど良いおやつのようなランチになりました😋 色んなエリアに色んな催しがあり楽しい施設です😊
