Lovely ryokan with its own indoor onsen in the basement. However, staff speak almost no English.
All rooms are traditional Japanese-style, i.e. tatami-mat floors and futons to sleep one.
This was my first time to sleep on a futon, and I slept very well! The onsen is also very relaxing, towels and a yukata are provided with the room (and exchanged upon request).
Breakfast and dinner are both varying vegan/vegetarian Japanese-style dishes. While not cheap, they're definitely worth trying at least once each!
