The hotel was not fancy, but it did the job. I was out exploring the city for the majority of the day and only rented the hotel to sleep, so it was fine. The building was a bit old and there were stains on the walls hidden behind the curtains, but it didn't bother me cuz there was a bed to sleep on, a TV to watch, a mini fridge, shower/bath, complimentary water bottles, free Wi-Fi, and heat. The location is about a 10-15 walk from Shinjuku station and close to many restaurants, shops, arcades, and convenient stores. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is in the middle of night life and later at night, there were some drunks by the hotel, but it's a fun city and that's what it's about. No major complaints.
