Nagato-Mori Residence in Shimonoseki City is a historic building completed in 1903. The main house, built in the samurai residence style, and the beautiful Japanese garden are attractive and show different expressions throughout the four seasons. It is a historic place where Emperor Meiji also stayed, and the tea room, Fuchimokuan, which is over 110 years old, has been relocated.
