The Mori Ogai Memorial Hall is located next to the birthplace of the literary master known for works such as "Maihime" and "Vita Sexualis", and exhibits his possessions, original manuscripts, and materials related to Tsuwano. The building also incorporates Ogai's former residence as part of the exhibits, and is a two-story reinforced concrete structure. Admission is 600 yen, which includes the viewing fee for Mori Ogai's former residence. When visiting Tsuwano, it's recommended to also visit Taikodani Inari Shrine and explore the places associated with Ogai's life and literature.
