The Maten Cliff walking trail allows you to walk on top of a cliff, starting from the Kokuga Coast and passing through the center of the rough-textured basalt for about 7km. From the observation deck located on the walking trail between the Kokuga Coast Observation Deck parking lot and the Maten Cliff Rotary parking lot, you can enjoy a view of the Maten Cliff from the side. The Maten Cliff walking trail is one of the many spots on the Oki Islands, and it's an attractive spot where you can admire the spectacular view and experience nature.

By boarding the "Maten-gai Meguri" tourist boat, you can get up close and personal with the impressive sight of the towering cliffs. The boat tour takes about 1 hour and 30 minutes, and the meeting place is on the 1st floor of the Urakou Port Tourist Exchange Center. Tsuutenkyo is known as one of the largest scenic spots in Oki. You can enjoy the beautiful natural formations designated as a national park, including a rough basalt cliff and sea caves that extend for about 7km. Tsuutenkyo is a bridge made of a huge rock that protrudes into the sea, and the central part of the rock, which was created by volcanic activity over 5 million years ago, has been eroded by marine erosion. You can also enjoy the view from the sea by taking a sightseeing boat around the Kuga Coast, but the view from the ground or the cliff is also breathtaking, especially during sunset. The Kuga Coast, including Tsuutenkyo, is designated as the Oki National Park, and is a popular tourist spot where you can enjoy various natural landscapes. Sightseeing boats around the Kuga Coast and surrounding walking trails are also available, so be sure to enjoy them when you visit!

Mt. Mottarui is one of Japan's most prominent seaside cliffs, towering 257m above sea level. The surrounding area is a grazing land where cows and horses leisurely munch on grass, and is one of the most scenic spots in Oki, designated as part of the Oki National Park. Mt. Mottarui is a cliff formed by marine erosion, and can be viewed from the National Kaiga Coast Sightseeing Boat. You can also stand on the grassy area at the top of Mt. Mottarui, from where you can see the Tsutenkyo Bridge. The Kaiga Coast was designated as a national scenic spot in 1938, and later as a national park in 1963. In addition to Mt. Mottarui, there are many other attractions such as the Tsutenkyo Bridge and sea caves. From the observation deck, you can enjoy the breathtaking view of Mt. Mottarui. If you want to fully enjoy the nature of Oki, the Kaiga Coast, including Mt. Mottarui, is a must-see!
