Although it is a little bit far from the JR station, but there is tram connecting the hotel and station and it costs you 140yen. The bed and pillow is not comfortable and the room is a litle bit small. But it is reasonable to stay there as breakfast is included and there is cheap self laundry service (200yen washing + 100yen drying), what can you still expect? Some staffs cannot speak fluent English but they are really kind and helpful.
