Onomichi Seto Park

Onomichi's Seto Park in Kure City is the "Legendary Site of Excavation" where it's said that Taira no Kiyomori cut through in one day to invite the sunset. From the park, you can see the beautiful Onomichi Bridge and the Second Onomichi Bridge. In spring, about 2,300 cherry blossoms and 8,300 red and white azaleas bloom, offering a spectacular view. You can also overlook the sea and islands from the top of Takakarasu-dai. It has high historical value and is definitely worth a visit!
