Soba Dango

Soba Dango was developed as a new local cuisine in Kurihara city. Soba flour is mixed with water and air to create a fluffy texture. The flavor of soba flour and the fluffy and chewy texture are its characteristics. It goes well with soy sauce-based soup and warms both the body and the soul.
