Shiokatsuo

Shiokatsuo has been decorated during the New Year as a good luck charm since ancient times. It is a traditional preserved food in Nishi-Izu and is loved by many. The saltiness of Shiokatsuo is perfect as a side dish for beer or sake! It is also a great collaboration with ochazuke and other dishes.
