Yatai Gyoza

It is said that yatai gyoza originated as a snack to accompany alcohol at the ramen stalls in Kochi, where there are many drinkers. The filling of the small, crispy, golden-brown gyoza is generously made with Kochi-grown garlic chives and ginger.
