Ankake Yakisoba

A taste loved by the common people since the Showa era. The thick sauce with plenty of vegetables, such as crispy bean sprouts and chewy shiitake mushrooms, spreads out on top of the egg noodles that are baked until the surface is crispy. The sight of it spreading out on a large plate is impressive.
