To be called "Nabari Beef Soup", it is essential to follow five rules! These rules are quite strict, such as using only Iga beef and always using green onions in the Japanese-style soy sauce broth. It seems that the taste is consistent no matter where you eat it! Also, it's great that even though it uses Iga beef, it's reasonably priced because it uses the leftover pieces.
