Mago Chazuke

Mago Chazuke was originally a fisherman's meal, and its name comes from the meaning of "don't hesitate, eat quickly". This dish, in which horse mackerel sashimi is generously placed on top of rice and then topped with dashi, is becoming increasingly popular, with recent media coverage.
