Komatsu Salt Yakisoba

Thick noodles developed in collaboration with a local noodle factory, crispy bean sprouts, colorful leeks and carrots. The seasoning is of course salt! The exquisite amount of salt is the key. The soy sauce for fragrance is also locally produced. It's a Komatsu specialty salt yakisoba that is simple but packed with attention to detail.
