Shibushi's Summer Soba

In Shibushi city, there is a custom of eating summer soba on June 30th, which is half a year after New Year's Day, just like eating soba noodles on New Year's Eve. There are also unusual types of soba such as cold bukkake soba that can be eaten refreshingly in the hot summer, and Western-style soba with a pasta-like texture. It seems fun to go around and try different soba in Shibushi during the summer!
