Mihara-yaki is an okonomiyaki originated in Mihara city. It is characterized by the use of chicken giblets, which are easier to obtain and more nutritious than pork. It has a different texture from other okonomiyaki, and you can enjoy a crispy and chewy texture. Highly recommended.
