Tori Meshi

Tori Meshi is a local cuisine of Kagoshima, where steamed chicken, kinshi egg, sweetened shiitake mushrooms, pickled papaya, condiments, etc. are served on top of hot rice and eaten with broth. It is gentle and warm, and should heal the fatigue of your journey. It is also known as a hospitality dish.
