Tsuruga Ramen

"Tsuruga Ramen" is based on the ramen served at a ramen food stall near Tsuruga station. The nostalgic soy sauce soup is attractive, and some shops have expanded into storefronts, but it is still a soul food of Tsuruga city that is served at food stalls even today.
