Asahikawa Ramen

Compared to Sapporo Ramen, which is mainly miso flavored, Asahikawa Ramen has a pork bone soy sauce soup that brings out the flavor of seafood, and looks like traditional soy sauce ramen. It is a representative soul food of Asahikawa, especially craved on freezing cold days.
