Innoshima Okonomiyaki

Innoshima's original okonomiyaki is called "Innoko" by the locals. The biggest feature of Innoko is that it contains udon noodles, which is said to have been created to satisfy the appetites of shipbuilders. Some shops also add konjac or squid, so you can enjoy a voluminous okonomiyaki!
