Chopped grilled eel is placed on top of rice in a wooden container called "ohitsu". First, eat it as it is. For the second serving, sprinkle green onions and wasabi as condiments to enjoy like a connoisseur. Finally, have it as "ochazuke" (rice with tea poured over it) for the third serving!
