Ishinomaki Yakisoba

A local gourmet that has been passed down since the Showa 20s. The noodles, steamed and then fried with a fish broth, have a rich flavor, and it is common to top them with a fried egg. Despite the brown color of the noodles, they have a deep but not overwhelming flavor. A must-eat for B-class gourmet lovers!
