Decchi Youkan

Decchi Youkan is a specialty product of Shiga, made by mixing sweet red bean paste, joshinko (a type of wheat flour), and johakuto (a type of sugar) and steaming it while wrapped in bamboo skin. Its simple taste brings a nostalgic feeling. It is also recommended as a souvenir.
