Pork Miso Donburi is a new gourmet dish from Chichibu that was born in 2008. It is a bowl of rice topped with thick and huge pork that has been marinated in miso and then grilled with soy sauce to a fragrant finish. You can choose pork belly or loin, and enjoy your own favorite pork bowl!
