Yukiguni A-class Gourmet

This project started to preserve the traditional food culture of Echigo Yuzawa and Uonuma, which are closed off by snow in winter. It features carefully selected gourmet dishes that have been certified as "flavors to be protected forever". There is a wide range of gourmet dishes, including Japanese and Western cuisine.
