Togakushi Soba

Togakushi is said to be the birthplace of soba, and is also counted as one of the three best soba in Japan. Its rich aroma and sweetness can only be tasted here! It is characterized by "bocchi-mori", where the soba is divided into small portions without draining the water and formed into a circle on a sieve.
