Shirokuma

"Shirokuma" is a sweet originated in Kagoshima prefecture. It is said that it started with a simple shaved ice with white honey and red honey after World War II. Nowadays, it refers to shaved ice with freshly shaved ice topped with condensed milk, fruits, and beans such as azuki beans. Its gorgeous appearance and size make not only children but also adults excited.
