Agarashare

"Agarashare" means "Please come" or "Enjoy your meal" in the dialect of the Mogami region, and refers to local cuisine that uses plenty of local ingredients. Please enjoy the "traditional flavors" that cannot be tasted elsewhere, such as horse meat, chrysanthemum, and nameko mushrooms.
