Shimizu Mackerel

Shimizu Mackerel can be enjoyed as sashimi, which is rare for mackerel, as it is brought back to the fish tank after being caught and then live-shipped to be prepared. The mackerel grown in the nutrient-rich waters off Ashizuri Cape is fatty like toro (fatty tuna).
