Higashimatsuyama Yakitori Donburi

This is a new yakitori donburi marinated in special sauce. The yakitori in Higashimatsuyama city uses pork head meat instead of chicken, which is its unique feature. The miso sauce is based on white miso, and each shop uses a different combination of over ten spices such as garlic and chili pepper.
