Katsuobushi from Katsuura

Chiba prefecture has the highest catch of Katsuobushi (dried bonito) in Japan. Among them, Katsuobushi from Katsuura is certified as "Chiba Brand Seafood" and is very delicious with its transparent red color and chewy texture. Enjoy it simply as sashimi or in a rice bowl with marinade.
