"Bingo Fish" refers to seafood caught in four cities, including Fukuyama City, and 25 types of fish recommended by fishermen throughout the four seasons. From spring to summer, you can enjoy red sea bream, Japanese Spanish mackerel, and sea bass, among others. From autumn to winter, you can enjoy a variety of fish dishes, including scabbard fish and black porgy.
