Tama Kon

Yamagata prefecture has the highest consumption of konjac in Japan. "Tama Kon," skewered konjac, is a specialty and often eaten at events. The soy sauce flavor is well infused into the konjac, making it exceptional. Once it's cooked, it's a dish that you'll want to eat with mustard.
