This is a local dish of Nagahama that combines grilled mackerel and somen noodles. The grilled mackerel is simmered in a sweet and savory soy sauce-based broth and eaten together with the somen noodles. The combination of the noodles soaked in the sauce and the tender mackerel is highly recommended and delicious!
