Musashino Udon

This local udon is made by dipping thick and chewy noodles, several times thicker than regular udon, into a hot dipping sauce. The noodles are made using Musashino's special flour, giving them a slightly brownish color. Please try the extremely thick noodles with a satisfying texture in Tokorozawa.
