Toyohashi Curry Udon

This is a local gourmet dish in Toyohashi city, created to revitalize the town. At first glance, it looks like a normal curry udon, but it is served in a bowl with rice, grated yam, and curry udon in that order from the bottom. It's very satisfying to be able to taste both curry and rice and udon at the same time!
