Kofu Torimotsu-ni (simmered chicken giblets)

Kofu Torimotsu-ni is a dish originated in Kofu, which was invented around 1950 when someone came up with the idea of using chicken giblets that were being thrown away for cooking. Each shop uses a traditional sauce and carefully simmers the giblets to create a dish that requires a lot of time and effort. It is recommended to try it together with Kofu's two major gourmet dishes, "Houtou" and go on a gourmet tour!
