Hinase Oyster Okonomiyaki

This okonomiyaki has a history of over 40 years, using oysters, a specialty of Hinase, Okayama. It is commonly called "Kakio-ko". The plump and juicy oysters are packed inside, and it goes perfectly well with okonomiyaki. In addition to Kakio-ko, you can also enjoy grilled conger eel and Kaki-buta-yaki.
