Miyako Soba

Refers to the soba originated in Miyako Island among Okinawa soba. The feature of Miyako soba is that it hides pork belly and fish cake under the noodles. At first glance, it looks like just soba, but when you look under the noodles, you can see that there are plenty of ingredients. It has a gentle taste unlike Okinawa soba.
