Mitsuhama-yaki

Mitsuhama-yaki is a local gourmet in Mitsuhama. Dough spread on top of crepe is sprinkled with fish powder and topped with ingredients such as cabbage, fish cake, meat, and egg. The biggest feature is that the dough on top of the crepe is covered and sandwiched! The sauce is also plentiful and deliciously fragrant.
