Chiba Sangayaki

"San gayaki" grilled dish made from Chiba's local cuisine "Namero". It is pounded well until it becomes sticky, resulting in a fluffy and soft texture with a rich flavor of miso and condiments. It can be enjoyed not only in Chiba city but also in various seafood restaurants and izakayas throughout the prefecture.
