Tojinbo・Awara Onsenとは
Tojinbo is one of only three places in Japan where you can see "columnar jointing of andesite with brilliant crystals," created by the rough waves of the Sea of Japan. As you approach the edge of the cliff, you will be overwhelmed by the breathtaking view. Many tourists visit every year, and some even freeze up when crossing the rocky terrain, but the artistic rocks carved by the rough waves have fascinated the world and become a particularly popular spot among foreign tourists. Ashiwara Onsen is a historic hot spring town selected as one of the "100 Best Hot Springs in Japan," and is visited by many people seeking relief from skin diseases and rheumatism.
