Katsuyama, Onoとは
Katsuyama is famous for being the largest winter sports destination in western Japan, with many tourists visiting from all over the country. It is filled with famous snowboarding courses and the meals provided at the dessert shops on the slopes are abundant. It is a leisure area where you can enjoy yourself all day long with facilities such as a heated pool, open-air bath, and daycare center. This water is used abundantly to solidify kuzu and agar, and then filled with the shop's special anko (sweet red bean paste) to create Mizu Manju. Its appearance is very refreshing and it has become one of the sweets that people want to eat during the summer.
