Access the Tamadare Falls in 30 Minutes by Car from Sakata Minato IC!
This is how to access Tamadare Falls. It takes about 40 minutes by car from JR Sakata Station. It's about a 30-minute drive from Sakata Minato IC using the Nihonkai Tohoku Expressway. There are several roads from Sakata City to the falls, so please refer to a map or signboard as you proceed. Parking is also available, and you can access the falls on foot from there. Since the path to the falls involves walking in nature, please prepare comfortable clothing and shoes, and don't forget to be aware of the weather and season.
