Access

Accessible by Car in about 45 Minutes from Hakata Station! Also Accessible by Train

Access to Shiraito Falls is convenient as it can be reached by car, bus, or train. By car, it takes about 20 minutes from Maebara Interchange (about 45 minutes from Hakata Station, about 40 minutes from Tenjin). You can use the free parking lot at Shiraito Falls or the parking lot for the promenade. If you use the train, go to Chikuzen-Maebaru Station on the JR Chikuhi Line (directly from the Subway Airport Line), then transfer to the Itoshima City Community Bus (Shiraito Line) and access the promenade from there. Please note that the number of buses is limited. From the bus stop to Shiraito Falls Fureai-no-Sato, you will walk up the nature trail (promenade), so we recommend wearing comfortable clothes.
