Ishizuchi Mountain, with an elevation of 1982m, is the highest mountain in western Japan and has long been known as a sacred site for Shugendo. To the south of Ishizuchi Mountain are the Shikoku's largest-scale valleys and Omogo River, where you can enjoy a dynamic landscape of strange rocks, cliffs, and waterfalls against the backdrop of an endless sea of trees. There are also many ancient trees in their natural state, making it a popular power spot for young women.
