Nanao Dam

It is famous as a dam located at an altitude of 1532m, the highest point in Japan. A walking path of about 5.5km is maintained around the dam, where you can enjoy a stroll while feeling the pleasant breeze of the highlands. Both the scenery on the side of Okumikawa Lake and the opposite side are beautiful, and in autumn, the autumn leaves are very beautiful and color the surroundings.
