Tatebayashi, Otaとは
Tatebayashi and Ota are both very nature-rich towns, with large rivers such as the Watarase and Tone flowing north and south. There are many spots where you can see seasonal flowers and scenery, such as cherry blossoms, azaleas, hydrangeas in the spring and summer, and autumn leaves in the fall. Among them, the nationally famous Tsutsuji-no-Oka Park and Tobu Treasure Garden are surrounded by beautiful seasonal flowers, offering an extraordinary view and perfect for taking photos. Zendo-ji Temple
A temple with the grave of Sakaiwa Yasumasa, who was the lord of Tatebayashi Castle
This Jodo sect temple houses the grave of Sakaiwa Yasumasa, one of the Four Heavenly Kings of the Tokugawa shogunate and also the lord of Tatebayashi Castle. The splendid mountain gate is reminiscent of Toshogu Shrine with its colorful decorations, yet it also exudes a sense of modesty. The temple grounds are beautifully adorned with cherry blossoms and azaleas when they are in bloom.
