Seasoning that has pursued the taste of Imabari for three generations.
The seasoning series of the original brand "Yamakura," which is particular about its raw materials, is popular. It includes various dashi soy sauces made from domestically produced dashi ingredients boiled in-house, as well as sauces that have been researched and developed to pursue deliciousness, making it a proud specialty of Imabari. In addition to the seasoning series, the store also has a variety of products such as local sake and homemade noodles. The "Shimanami Tai Dashi Ramen," which is popular among fans even at events, is also available for takeout, and the noodles, soup, and toppings can also be sold separately.
